All photographs, designs, text, and other content on this Site are the intellectual property of Madi Ellis / Pics by Madi unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

Notice & Cure Policy
Before filing any legal claim related to these Terms, you agree to send a written notice to [email protected] describing the issue and the relief sought. We will have 30 days from receipt of notice to attempt to cure the issue before any legal action may be commenced.
Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Alabama.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Jury Trial Waiver
Both parties waive any right to a jury trial in any action or proceeding relating to these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
